2021 didn’t look a lot like 2020, and we ALL know that 2020 looked way different than any of us expected. So is it possible to predict what’s in store for 2022? We think it is possible to make some projections, at least as the projections are related to what our experts see within the spaces they work within. 

And one thing is for sure -- marketing must evolve to meet new and changing customer expectations.
