Creating a diverse and inclusive culture takes more than tactical efforts that give the appearance of diversity: it requires the inspiration of a strategic mind shift that guides inclusive perspectives in all areas of the business. This final session in our DEI series will dig into more nuanced areas of inspiration to create environments that value cultural and lifestyle differences and where colleagues feel valued, supported and heard.
Cari Bucci-Hulings will share her #CommitToChange story and how Periscope began a journey together with Quad to create an environment emphasizing not just diversity, but inclusion and equity, in line with their shared values.
Key takeaways:
- Hear Cari’s story on how she prioritizes values and practices that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Learn how Lauren designs inclusive solutions that foster creativity and growth.
- Receive tips on how to listen and create an inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with peers.
- Attend breakout sessions with Cari, Lauren and Kelli.
Agenda:
- 12:00pm Welcome and Announcements
