Aaron Johnson is a sales and marketing strategist with nearly two decades of experience in the trenches, beginning in direct sales in 2006 and advancing to Sales Leadership, where he helped businesses scale revenue for the past 10 years. He’s the founder of Heights Consulting, where he works with small and mid-sized businesses on sales culture, pipeline development, and closing the gap between their sales and marketing teams. He also brings that expertise into the enterprise space as an Account Executive at Learnit, a leading workforce learning and development company specializing in leadership training and AI literacy programs for organizations.

Aaron is known for simplifying complex sales and marketing systems into practical, repeatable frameworks — the kind that produce results without requiring a massive team or budget. His SalEasy Masterclass program reflects that philosophy: meet buyers where they are, create genuine value, and let the relationship do the heavy lifting.

AMA Café is a virtual networking and career development event hosted by AMA Minnesota. Open to all chapter members and nonmembers. It’s a space for the AMA Community to come together for connection and to learn more about the AMA and have some fun.
