Dr. Rod Hagedorn is a veteran marketing and management professional who currently owns Business Performance Improvement Consortium LLC, a regional management consulting practice based in downtown Minneapolis. His background includes marketing and product management experience with Wells Fargo, Meredith Corporation, Northwest/Delta Airlines, U.S. Bancorp, and UnitedHealth Group.

A practitioner-scholar, Rod has also taught marketing and management at several colleges and universities including Iowa State University, Grand View University, the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business, Colorado State University, Capella University, and Walden University.

He is a long-time member of the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Management, and the Institute of Management Consultants.

Rod is an experienced mountaineer and member of the Colorado Mountain Club, having achieved summits on almost two dozen of Colorado's 14,000-foot peaks. In his spare time he is busy strength and endurance training, testing outdoorsy gear, or just hanging out doing something fun!
