While Mike Caguin has worked at agencies from coast to coast, including Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners and TBWA\Chiat\Day, it’s his impact as CCO at full-service creative agency Colle McVoy that shows the power of his diverse and dynamic, yet subtle, approach to creativity. 

For 10 years, Mike has led the award-winning creative department through culture-shifting campaigns such as Tag Responsibly for Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism, Proof for Proof Alliance, Parents Coming Out for 3M’s Command™ Brand, Making Waves for the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation and The Copernicus Project for Land O’Lakes. He has been recognized by nearly every major award show, namely the Cannes Lions, Communication Arts, The One Show, The Webby Awards and the Effies. And he’s worked with many of America’s well-loved brands, including Aveda, BMW MINI, Cannondale, ESPN, General Mills, Indian Motorcycle, Infiniti, Invisalign, Land O'Lakes, Nestlé Purina, Nissan, Schwinn, Sun Microsystems and Yahoo! 

When not inspiring the agency or spending time with his family, Mike is training for his next triathlon or drawing attention to some of the most important issues affecting the ad industry today, in particular diversity and mental health.
