Matt specializes in Talent Management and developing innovative recruiting solutions to support business growth. He believes in having leaders at all levels and leading authentically. Matt is passionate about creating a culture of meaningful participation at The Schwan Food Company to ensure the organization meets the needs of customers, consumers and employees. In his current role, Matt most enjoys matching great talent with unique roles.
