Many of our companies have made pledges for diversity, equity and inclusion, but how do we fulfill those promises? And, how can all employees help? As marketers, we have an opportunity to lead the way, ensuring our own teams authentically represent the customers and communities we're trying to reach.

In part one of this three-part series, we explore strategies for not only attracting diverse talent, but how each and every one of us play a role in creating an inclusive culture that fosters growth and belonging.

Key takeaways:

  • Where you look, the words you use and how you relate to candidates may help (or hurt) your ability to build diverse teams.
  • Everyone can help create an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and heard.
  • Your organization's internal brand and reputation can be an advantage for attracting and retaining top talent - or work against your diversity goals.

Agenda:

  • 4:30pm Welcome and Announcements
  • 4:40pm Courageous Conversation
  • 5:20pm Q&A Session
  • 5:30pm Informal Networking Breakout Room (OPTIONAL)

This three-part series will continue with "Inclusive Content" in May and "Inclusive Inspiration" in June. Stay tuned for details.
