Many people understand the pandemic through experiences of loss; the loss of a job, the death of a family member or the restrictions on personal freedoms. What is getting lost in all this is that society is changing, too. The role of religion, the government and even our neighbors are evolving.  In his presentation, Dan Reilly will take us though how the pandemic is changing not only ourselves, but our society and consumer behaviors. We’ll discuss what behaviors will stick and how marketers can adapt.
