Gina Soleil: We’ll Have What She’s Having…

April 23, 2014

We all know when we are in a company where the vibe is intense, unproductive or negative. Or that something just seems a little “off,” but you can’t quite put your finger on what it is. Working in this type of environment can be mentally exhausting, and you may even find yourself not being as motivated (consciously or subconsciously) to do your most productive work. Conversely, when we are in the opposite type of work environment- one that is productive and positive, we feel energized to do our best work.

In the latter scenario, both you and your organization win.

Enter in Gina Soleil, who has made it her life’s work to help businesses transform their culture into one that exudes good energy, leadership and stewardship. She lives by the mantra of “good energy is good business,” and serves as a catalyst for moving a business forward by shifting its energy.

She believes that the secret to a high-performing culture is attitude and energy. When a business has created an atmosphere where the employees are not only engaged, but so much so that they exude that happy, positive energy to others, that is when a true internal brand is born.

Gina has created eight specific principles that can help an organization become a fully functional ecosystem. In her new book, Fuel Your Business: How to energize people, ignite action, and drive profits , she breaks down a step-by-step guide on how to apply the principles in your own work situation.

We were very happy to host a recent Twitterview with Gina, where she discussed the importance of creating an internal brand and specific tips that you can use now to get the ball rolling in your organization. Check out the Twitterview at # MNMXTV1 .

Gina will also be one of the keynote speakers at the upcoming Marketing Exchange Conference, “Marketing by the Minute ,” with her presentation, “The Attitude Bar: Now Serving Kool-Aid , Coffee and Cocktails,” on May 8th .
