As media director for Colle+McVoy, Nicole is responsible for all media planning and buying activities, as well as guiding expertise on new and emerging media strategies.Her passion for ideas and modern media has taken her from Minneapolis to San Francisco to London working for Fallon, Mediacom London, Grey Worldwide, Universal McCann and Foote Cone & Belding on blue chip brands, including Bravo, Escada, Microsoft, Dunhill, Holiday Inn & Express, Lacoste, Levi Strauss & Co., the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and USA Network.
Since assuming leadership of the media department, Nicole has completely rebuilt the department, which has grown media billings more than 15 percent through current client growth and new business. For her extraordinary efforts, the agency received two highly coveted and prestigious awards for media in the advertising industry, the O’Toole Award for Media Excellence and the MediaPost Creative Media Award (the first time the agency has been awarded in the category). She has also been awarded the Women In Business Award by The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal for her professional achievements and leadership qualities.
