Natalie has witnessed first-hand the significance and power of knowing and applying one’s personal strengths while coaching thousands of individuals and teams and working with companies such as U.S. Bank, Cargill, Starkey, Select Comfort, Bellisio Foods, Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP and Children’s Hospital.
Natalie’s diverse career has included program and product management roles in companies such as UnitedHealth Group, Carlson Companies and Carlson Marketing Worldwide; she co-owned a Financial Services franchise for over 7 years where she recruited and trained 100+ financial sales professionals and grew the business to #50 out of 2,000 branches worldwide. She found her ultimate career calling in the last 10 years as a Talent and Leadership Development Consultant where she now gets to “plork” every day (play + work).
Over the last 10 years Natalie has helped individuals and leaders identify the right career fit and land in dream jobs and she has coached leaders at every level to be more authentic, inspiring and achieve greater business results.
She recently joined the team of Optima Advisory where she was recruited to build and launch a leadership development and executive coaching practice in the Twin Cities. ReVrb Leader HubsTM is a highly effective development platform that leverages the power of peer exchange, action learning, accountability and mobile technology. Her first Leader Hub started in February for Young Professionals ages 25-40 and she’s currently taking applications for upcoming hubs for Millennials and a hub for Sr. Managers, Directors and VP’s who are motivated to advance in their careers.
