Mikki Morrissette is the publisher and editor of Minnesota Women’s Press, which has been telling the stories and issues for, by, and about marginalized voices since 1985. In 2020, the magazine and website featured more than 100 writers, the majority of them women of color. She is the mother of two, author of “Choosing Single Motherhood,” and lives in Uptown Minneapolis after 18 years in New York City publishing.
