Michael Wiener

Michael Wiener has held various leadership roles within his 22 years at 3M. He started his career, after earning his Master’s in marketing, at 3M in sales and has moved his way into various global sales, marketing and business management roles. Michael currently serves as Business Transformational Leader at 3M Industrial Business Group, 3M’s largest operating business unit, where he is responsible for leading and meeting financial objectives, driving business growth and value realization targets for the team. His transformational leadership style and inclusive behavior have helped him build diverse, high performing business teams.

Michael’s passion and drive for marketing and business has lead him to network and share what he has learned over his career with the future marketing generation. He has been a co-chair of the 3M Marketing Forum, an organization that promotes learning and best practice sharing within the organization. Michael has frequently been a guest speaker at local universities on business and marketing strategy topics and has a network of high potential marketers that he will mentor.

Michael lives in the east metro and enjoys the adventure of being a father to his two boys, Micah and Luke, competing in fitness competitions and boating. Michael most recently held the position as President Elect of the American Marketing Association, he is a member of a large variety of National Marketing and Leadership organizations.
