Dustin Wellik is a Human Resources Manager supporting 3M’s Industrial & Safety Markets Center and Industrial Marketing Organization. In this strategic role, Dustin is responsible for providing HR leadership to over 500 sales and marketing professionals, generating $2.2 billion in annual revenue.
Since joining 3M in 2010, Dustin has held roles of increasing responsibility in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Leadership Development. Prior to 3M, he held HR roles at Medtronic and Mayo Clinic.
Dustin has Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration and holds HR certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management and HR Certification Institute.
