Leading Customer Experience and Insights at Allianz Life, Renae Grave is responsible for the customer and financial professional experience strategy leveraging key insights to generate long-term, sustainable improvement and build loyalty. Her team collaborates across the organization to conduct research identifying consumer insight-driven strategies. Prior to joining Allianz Life in 2015, Grave worked for more than 13 years at Target Corporation in Minneapolis. She developed a Voice of the Customer team, managed Customer Contact Channels, and held various leadership roles in the Product Design area driving engagement and sales through financial products.
