Everyone is talking about the “experience.” Today, it’s no longer good enough to offer a great product or service; companies must deliver it with a relevant, positive customer experience. But with an increasing number of ways that customers could interact with you, how do you know what parts of the experience you should prioritize? What are the moments that matter to them, and what are the ones that don’t?
