Molly has 25+ years of experience in creating and implementing award-winning marketing and customer experience strategies for leading B2B companies in North and South America, Europe and Austral-Asia such as Citibank, Galileo International,, Lifetouch, General Mills, Nestle, United Healthcare, Optum, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Cretex Companies, Bank of America and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Molly has successfully opened and managed agency offices in the US, Europe and Australia while managing complex projects and client teams in more than 15 countries.
In addition to her work with many high-profile accounts, Molly has deep experience in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing and education sectors including groundbreaking work for Policy Innovators in Education (PIE) , The Reeher Network, Walman, Capella Learnings Solutions and many others. She has also played a key role in helping a variety of innovative entrepreneurs and growth-oriented companies make their mark, including Mayan Pigments, Greenbox, Entropy Solutions, Midwave, Extraco Banks, CotterWeb Enterprises, Liquicell Technologies and The Urgency Room.
Molly is the CEO and majority owner of Minneapolis-based Spyglass Brand Marketing, which she co-founded in 2001. Molly received the Twin Cities Business Journal’s Women in Business award in 2014 and is a 2015 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year regional semi-finalist.
Molly received her BA in English Literature and Classics at the University of Colorado, Boulder and has presented at international marketing conferences on emerging trends in marketing and design throughout the world.
