Derek Malmquist

Derek previously served as Customer Experience Leader/Vice President of Marketing at SAGE Electrochromics. He joined SageGlass in 2011 as head of global marketing and served in that role for five years before taking a new assignment in 2017 to develop a customer experience program for the company. Prior to SageGlass, Derek had 20 years of experience leading marketing teams at both consumer products and B2B organizations. These assignments included 10 years with the Clorox Company in California, 5 years with Ecolab in St. Paul, and two years with a (failed!) Internet start-up in San Francisco. He started his career in advertising as part of the Saatchi and Saatchi group in New York. Derek has a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
